Great News…

We are delighted to share that we have received #NationalLottery funding from The National Lottery Community Fund for our project! Thank you to National Lottery players for helping #MakeAmazingHappen.

The funding has meant that we now have a Wellbeing Co-ordinator who will provide pastoral support for our adults with learning disabilities and autism, particularly new referrals as they transition to the Hub.  We are really pleased to announce that Matt Wheeler will be taking up this pivotal role from August 1st
