Visit from Jade

This morning we welcomed Jade from the Fibreshed The Handloom Room who ran a workshop on understanding natural fibres and what can be achieved with them, from cotton to wool to nettles! The group also then used natural dyes from plants such as chamomile to decorate gift tags.

This really complimented the art sessions being run this month on learning about batik, which we can’t wait to show you
