Flying Start @ the Hub

Two groups of our trainees are currently in the middle of an exciting 6 week project with our friends at Leonardo U.K.

Our guys are involved in the Flying Start project - planning, designing, building and at the end flying gliders.

The project is designed to allow our trainees to develop their knowledge of flight and get some hands-on engineering experience. It also provides an opportunity to build on soft skills such as teamwork, communication and problem solving, whilst also having fun!

This is a fab project and part of an ongoing partnership with Leonardo. The team from Leonardo have been fantastic working with our trainees. We all can't wait for the final flight event on 7th December. Watch this space!!
