Employment is a massive issue for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Over 65% of these adults want to work and less than 5% are actually in employment! 

Huge thanks to Leonardo who have agreed to give work experience opportunities for the Hub's trainees. Charlie is the first one to take up this fantastic opportunity and will have work experience, one morning per week for 8 weeks. Charlie started last week in the Transmissions department.

What an opportunity to work in a state of the art, international, progressive, inclusive organisation!  THANKS Leonardo
