Work Experience

Massive thanks once again to Leonardo who provided a brilliant two day work experience for 6 of our trainees.

They were involved in a range of activities, from designing a cargo drop to using the flight simulator, had a talk from a helicopter pilot, saw the helicopters being built, visited the transmissions department. It was amazing how much was fitted in to the two days.

As you can tell by the photos, the trainees absolutely loved it, and they haven't stopped smiling since! It is fantastic when a huge local employer can provide inclusive training and ensure our trainees feel safe, valued and not judged.

All of the Leonardo team were exceptional, but a special thanks has to go to Oran Hosey for making it all happen. Thank you
