What a way to start the week, congratulations to our first trainee to gain the silver level in our in house Catering and Food Hygiene qualification.

To pass the silver level our trainees expand their knowledge of food safety and hygiene, they learn how to make and present food and introduce cooking with heat in our commercial kitchen.
