CONGRATULATIONS to our first trainee to pass the Bronze award of our new Barista Training Programme.

A further addition to our work experience courses is the new Barista Training Program in our Café. This, like the Catering and Food Hygiene course, has been put together for our trainees by our experienced Café team and we will be rolling it out to trainees that want to gain confidence in their abilities or gain qualifications to help their CV.
